Electron Microprobe Analysis

Advanced MicroBeam Inc. is an electron microprobe analysis (EPMA) laboratory with decades of experience in quantitative elemental analysis of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC), PEM fuel cells, welds, titanium alloys, steels, rare earths, coatings, automotive and aerospace components, plus other materials. We also collaborate with x-ray device manufacturers to develop state of the art instrumentation and provide consultancy contracts.
